     A nation can be divided into two categories as rich citizens and poor citizens in a society. The government has the responsibility to look after their poorer citizens by providing some basic facilities by sharing their wealth among the nation. By providing food, education and other basic facilities.      If in a nation there are XXX numbers of population, then each and every person has their rights to get all the basic needs and basic facilities like schooling, good food etc,  but in some nation’s most of the poorer peoples were not letting their children to schooling because of insufficient wealth.
